Status is claim-level
Confirmed, check before acting, changed recently, context only, and retired describe a specific claim—not a whole page. Source-reviewed means Codex compared the claim with the linked official source; it does not mean human or professional acceptance.
Official sources first
Primary law, regulator, registry, migration, tax, and central-bank sources are preferred. A link still needs jurisdiction and fact-specific interpretation.
Corrections and review
Material corrections should create a change notice. This owner-approved release uses AI-assisted source and bilingual review only, preserves uncertainty, and tells readers to verify official sources before acting.
